We at PowerCookie Boards stand behind our products 100% because we believe them to be excellent products of the highest quality. But if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we want to make it easy to return the product for a refund.
We care about our customers and want this policy to be easy to understand, so we’ve handcrafted this with the customer in mind in a FAQ style layout. (This is only the returns and refunds policy, not the warranty policy.)
How do I start requesting a refund?
Begin by filling out the request form at: https://powercookieboards.com/return-and-refund-request. We will then contact you with the next steps to take within 5-7 business days.
How long can I make a return?
From the time the product is received, you have 30 days to request a return for whatever reason. A product is “received” when it makes it to its destination, ie. the shipment gets to your house.
Who covers the shipping charge back to PowerCookie Boards?
You will have to, but you may use any method as long as it has tracking. Generally, this will be around $5 with USPS.
What type of refund is provided?
We will refund the purchase price of the item plus tax back to the account that was used to purchase originally. We will only refund the original shipping charge if the entire original order is returned.
When will I get my refund?
We will process the refund within 5-7 days of receiving the product back from you.
